Before you write

Two things get answered faster if you include them:

• Your order number, if you have already ordered. It is in your confirmation email and starts with a #.
• A short video, if something is not working. It saves us both three emails of description.

Things you might not need to ask

Delivery times by country, how the battery charges, how to clean it and what happens if you want to send it back are all answered on the FAQ page. If yours is not there, ask away.

Returns

You have 90 days from delivery. Email us and we send instructions the same or next business day. Full details in our returns policy.
