Shipping

Shipping is free on every order, to every country we sell to. No minimum, no surprise cost at checkout, and any import duty is already covered. You will not be asked to pay anything on delivery.

Dispatch

Orders are prepared and handed to the carrier within 1 to 3 business days. You get a tracking link by email as soon as the parcel leaves the warehouse.

Delivery times

We ship free everywhere we sell, with no minimum.

8 to 15 business days, wherever you are. Add the 1 to 3 dispatch days to that figure. Most parcels arrive well inside the window; we quote the slow end so the number means something. Customs can add time we do not control.

Wrong address

Email support@ridgeblend.com within a few hours of ordering and we will correct it. Once a parcel has shipped we cannot change its destination.

Lost or stuck parcels

If tracking has not moved for 10 business days, contact us. We replace the order or refund it in full. You do not chase the carrier, we do.
