Does it actually crush ice?
Yes. Twelve blades and a dedicated ice programme. Add a little liquid first and let the programme run rather than pulsing it yourself.
What are the four programmes?
Fruit, vegetables, ice and self-clean. You press one and it runs for the right length of time on its own. The small screen shows which programme is selected and how much charge is left.
How is it charged?
Over USB, so the plug you already own will do. We do not publish a charge time or a number of blends per charge, because we have not measured them ourselves and we would rather say nothing than invent a figure.
How big is it?
600 ml, which is a real glass rather than the half cup most portable blenders give you. It is 8.5 cm across the base, 26 cm tall and weighs 600 g, so it takes up about as much room as a water bottle.
What colours does it come in?
White, beige and light green.
Is it certified?
CE, European Conformity. That is the marking the EU requires on electrical goods sold in the bloc, and Switzerland recognises it too. It is the one the manufacturer holds and we do not claim any other.
How do I clean it?
Fill it halfway with warm water, add a drop of washing up liquid and press the clean programme, then rinse. Do not put the motor base in the dishwasher and do not submerge it.
Can I drink straight from it?
Yes, that is the point. The jar is the cup, so there is nothing else to wash.
Is it just for smoothies?
No. Protein shakes, baby food, sauces, dressings, frozen fruit, coffee frothing. Anything a small blender does.
What does shipping cost?
Nothing. Shipping is free everywhere we sell, with no minimum, and you get tracking by email.
How long does delivery take?
Free everywhere, with no minimum. 8 to 15 business days wherever you are, plus 1 to 3 days for us to dispatch. You get a tracking link by email.
What if I do not like it?
Send it back within 90 days and we refund you in full. If it arrives faulty, send us a short video and we replace it without you shipping anything back.
